The only thing I would share is that being first time home owners, there wasn't a true understanding of what was needed/next and we felt like we were falling behind in some cases (especially being a quick closing). It's almost like a checklist would've been helpful (but I could've probably found that online myself I suppose). Overall, great experience. Found a great home, and we appreciate working with you!

Denise and her team always try to figure out what exactly you are looking for and with every property showing they learn your taste, and wants even deeper, which improves their search so that finally you will see your dream home! They also advised on the bidding tactics in this crazy market, and how to stay within our budget and, encouraged us to participate in the search for an appropriate home too. I’ll resulted in our move to Agawam, where we live now in a beautiful townhouse that has the space, the terrace, privacy, and was ready to move in! The sellers needed to replace a central air (heater and the external air conditioner), which was well negotiated between our realtor team and the attorneys! I would greatly recommend them. You will be well taken care of! And they helped us to get the boxes are move too - an extra bonus!

Your processes are in real time. My experience with previous realtors is they are still selling homes as in the past 20 years. People now use the Internet. The older realtors continue to advertise in the realtor paper book. They evaluate your home prior to even stepping into it. Their advertising is not far reaching, and they depend on open housing, blaming the homeowners, and reducing the price. I am marketing Denise and Real Living wherever I can.
